- Student or graduate of Geomatics Engineering Technology program in Canada
- Student or graduate of a Geomatics Engineering degree program accredited by the Canadian Board of Examiners for Professional Surveyors (CBEPS)
- Student or graduate of a post-secondary education program not accredited by the Canadian Board of Examiners for Professional Surveyors (CBEPS)
- Commissioned Land Surveyor in another Canadian jurisdiction
- Foreign Trained Land Surveyor (Land Surveyor in non-Canadian jurisdiction)
